I have not received an email from Nimax Theatres
You are here because you have not received either your check-in email or your e-tickets from Nimax Theatres.
The first thing to do is check you booked through Mischief Tickets. You can do this by checking your confirmation email. If your confirmation email was sent by Mischief Tickets from a mailbox called automated@ingresso.io or automated@ingresso.co.uk then you booked through Mischief Tickets.
If your confirmation email is not from the mailbox above we will not be able to help, you will need to contact the company you purchased your tickets through.
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email and you are unsure who you booked your tickets with you can check your payment card statement, if it says just:
Mischief Tickets
and no other wording, then you have booked through Mischief Tickets
If your card statement says the show name or anything else, then it is most likely you booked through another company.

The next thing to do, if you have not done it already, is to check your junk, spam and deleted mail folders, also some email providers create a folder called All Mail (for example, Gmail does this) or 'Other' (for example, Hotmail, outlook and Live do this).

If you have successfully checked in but cannot locate your e-tickets please go to the theatre box office on arrival and they will issue you with your tickets for entry. We advise you give yourself a little extra time if possible. We are unable to resend e-tickets issued by Nimax Theatres.
