How to redeem a Mischief Exchange E-Card

Mischief Exchange E-Cards have been issued to certain customers to enable them to apply the value of a booking to a future Mischief West End performance sold on Mischief Tickets. 

To redeem a Mischief Exchange E-Card select production, performance and seats in the usual way and go to checkout. On the checkout page after you enter your contact details select the section below: 


  1. Click on the  button to open up the redemption field, copy the E-Card Redemption Code into the redemption field and the value of the E-Card, whichever is higher, will be applied as a discount to the new booking.
  2. The value of only one Mischief Exchange E-Card can be applied to a booking.  To apply the value of several Exchange E-Cards it is necessary to make a separate booking for each.
  3. If the new booking has a lower value than the remaining balance on the E-Card, any difference will be retained on the E-Card and can be applied to a further booking for which E-Card redemption is available.
  4. If the new booking has a higher value than the remaining balance on the E-Card, any difference can be topped up using a credit or debit card at checkout.
