ABOUT MISCHIEF EXCHANGE E-CARDS


Mischief Exchange E-Cards are being issued to certain customers to enable them to make a replacement booking by applying the value of their original booking for a Mischief performance in the West End to a future booking, subject to availability at that time.

In order to issue you with a Mischief Exchange E-Card, we will cancel your existing booking in full - Exchange E-Cards can only be issued to replace a whole booking and not a part of your booking. We currently don't offer an option of partial exchanges.

Mischief Exchange E-Cards are sent by email and are usually issued within a few days of a confirmed valid request. However, under current circumstances, our Team sometimes has to prioritise issues with specific performances. This can lead to unavoidable delays in issuing Exchange E-Cards, but should they occur we will keep working on it until you receive your Exchange E-Card.

We will not be able to issue Mischief Exchange E-Cards requested less than 48 hrs prior to the performance. You can find out what your options are here. 

MISCHIEF EXCHANGE E-CARD KEY FEATURES

  1. contains the full value of your cancelled booking including any fees
  2. can be used to rebook at any time you choose after receipt, right up until the expiry date
  3. valid for all Mischief West End performances sold on tickets.mischiefcomedy.com (subject to availability at the time you choose to book)
  4. can be topped up at checkout with a credit or debit card if your new booking costs more than your original booking
  5. retains the balance and can be used again for a future booking prior to expiry if your new booking costs less than the card balance
  6. will have a Use By Date of 2 months from the date of issue - you don't have to attend a performance by this date, this is just the deadline for rebooking your tickets​
  7. Mischief Exchange E-Card terms and conditions replace the terms and conditions of your original booking
