I have not received my e-ticket

Tickets are only issued following successful completion of an online check-in with the venue. 

If you successfully complete the check in process, Nimax Theatres will then send you e-tickets for admission no less than 24 hours prior to your booked performance time.

If you have not received your online check-in email from Nimax Theatres, or have successfully checked-in but have not received your e-tickets, please click here.
