I have not received my e-ticket

Tickets for The Play That Goes Wrong and Christmas Carol Goes Wrong are only issued following successful completion of an online check-in with the venue. 

If you successfully complete the check-in process, Nimax Theatres will then send you e-tickets for admission no less than 24 hours prior to your booked performance time.
